• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, subsequently creating personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting growth and resilience.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with clients in setting meaningful therapeutic goals, and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Offer teletherapy options to enhance access for clients experiencing barriers to in-person sessions, providing essential support regardless of their circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and peer supervision to refine your clinical skills.

• A current and valid license in New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and related administrative duties.
