Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field; at least 5 years' experience in oncology diagnostics, early detection, or complex healthcare sales; proven leadership and account management skills; strong interpersonal and strategic planning abilities; proficiency with CRM and reporting tools; and ability to travel roughly 50%.

MBA, experience with diagnostic technologies, and familiarity with academic medical centers or large healthcare networks.

Location is flexible with a salary range of $200K-$230K, plus potential incentives.

The position demands physical capacity for field engagement and occasional evening/weekend work.
