Job Description Detail-oriented professionals will find a PRN remote opportunity as a Cancer Registrar, responsible for maintaining and analyzing cancer incidence data while preparing required reporting information for state cancer databases.
Key responsibilities
Identifies and analyzes cancer patients' history, diagnosis, treatment, disease status, and survival data Prepares and submits required reporting information to the state cancer database
Abstracts necessary cancer-related information into the electronic tumor registry system and coordinates long-term follow-up data collection
Required qualifications
Associates degree in Applied Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
