This full-time role focuses on researching and resolving patient and insurance credit balances within the revenue cycle, with responsibilities across refunds, transfers, and adjustments in the billing system.
You will work 40 hours per week, primarily in PST/CST, with training conducted virtually and eligibility for overtime as needed.
