We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct Practical Functional assessments (PFAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (training provided)
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs
- Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- NYS LBA (or eligibility)
