Mission Hires is looking for a caring and friendly Health Coach to join their team in the Town of Florida, NY. As a Health Coach, you’ll work with patients remotely and from the office to help them develop healthy routines, particularly those managing diabetes.
Your responsibilities include discussing health goals with patients, creating exercise and nutrition plans, and providing ongoing support and motivation. A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field and CDCES certification are required. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage.
