You will deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling for chronic GI and metabolic conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide continuous care through app-based RPM and at-home services.
You should have an active RD/RDN credential and 2+ years of experience, with GI nutrition knowledge and Spanish language skills considered a plus.
