Lower Cape Fear Life Care is seeking a Hospice CNA to join our home-based patient care team in the Los Angeles area. After orientation, typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with patient visits at home or in facilities, including nursing and assisted living settings.
You will document at the bedside on a company cellphone, provide direct patient care (bathing, peri-care, dressing, mouth care, toileting assistance, incontinence care, repositioning, meals), and coordinate visit times
