You will supervise coding staff, ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance, and partner with providers and Revenue Cycle to optimize reimbursement and documentation.
The role reports to the HIM Director and requires AHIMA credentials. On-site schedule determined; telecommuting not guaranteed; strong leadership and HIPAA adherence
