Advocate Health’s Virtual Hospital Medicine Swing team is seeking an APP to join our expanded Hospital Medicine program across the Greater Charlotte Region. This 100% inpatient adult medicine role uses Advocate Health’s virtual care platform to provide remote clinical support.
Responsibilities include virtual admissions, inpatient rounding, and cross-coverage with Hospital Medicine physicians, bedside APPs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams; prior hospital medicine experience is preferred.
