- Education:

Previous experience working with infants/toddlers with special needs (often 1+ year required). - Licensure/Certification:
Knowledge of NC Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP) standards. - Skills:
Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to travel to various home locations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Natural Environment Delivery:
Provide services in the child's home or community setting (daycare, etc.), focusing on daily routines. - Family-Centered Care:
Collaborate with families to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), teaching parents strategies to support development. - CBRS/Developmental Therapy:
Implement play-based, evidence-based interventions to improve cognitive, communication, motor, and social-emotional skills. - Assessment & Documentation:
Conduct developmental assessments, monitor progress, and complete accurate, timely documentation of sessions. - Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
Work with service coordinators, therapists (PT, OT, Speech), and community providers.
