Outpatient Physical Therapist; PT​/DPT 1-on-1 Care

MEDIQ Physical Therapy is hiring for an Outpatient Physical Therapist job in Greensboro, NC, and we're looking for a PT, MSPT, or DPT who wants to go deeper with patients rather than move through a crowded schedule. This is a full-time role at a practice built on the belief that patients are not numbers, and neither are the people who work here.

You'll treat patients one-on-one, with the time and space to deliver care that makes a real difference.

Your patients will fall into three main groups: general orthopedic patients, including post-surgical, chronic pain, and acute injury cases; balance patients, including geriatric fall prevention and vestibular cases; and sports and aquatic therapy patients, from runners and active and retired military to weekend warriors and high school or collegiate athletes. That range keeps the work varied, and you'll use independent judgment to combine treatments in the way that best fits each person.

We've invested in AI-powered scribe and ChatGPT integration, along with Prompt Health and Prediction Health, so documentation takes less of your day and treating patients takes more. Your schedule leaves ample time for documentation, and you can work from anywhere in the clinic or  detailed mentoring program serves both new and experienced therapists, and you can grow through roles like Senior Therapist, Team Lead, Clinic Director, Regional Director, and even Partner.
