HR Advisory Division Lead.
Workforce strategy and staffing firm. Year 2. HR Advisory practice serves behavioral health, mental health, and human services providers across the Southeast - CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, MSOs, state BH authorities. Building the clinical advisor bench that gives our engagements clinical depth.
Who we wantLicensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCMHC, LCMHCS, PsyD, PhD Clinical Psych, MD-Psychiatry, APRN-PMH) with clinical leadership at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, or MSOs.
TiersTier A: $0 retained. $75-125/hr. 5-10% referral fee. Tier B (named expert): $0 retained. $150-250/hr. 10% referral. Optional phantom equity (0.05-0.15%). Founding-team consideration possible.
