AIS Healthcare in the Syracuse, NY area is seeking a Home Infusion RN to perform infusions in patients’ homes for Pediatric and Adult patients. This fully remote PRN role offers 2-3 days per week and the chance to practice outside a hospital setting with a strong emphasis on quality patient care.
You will provide one-on-one visits, education, and coordination with physicians, pharmacists, and caregivers, with travel up to 150-200 miles one way occasionally; travel time is paid and mileage
