The Arc Western Montana is hiring a House Manager for our Spurgin Group Home, supporting five residents with developmental disabilities and diverse behavioral and medical needs. This hands-on leadership role requires organization, dependability, compassion and attention to detail.
You will work with Direct Support Professionals and a Program Administrator to keep the home running smoothly, provide structure, and help clients live active, meaningful lives with independence.
