Allergy Access & Reimbursement Manager-Midwest

The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based and remote position supporting healthcare providers and accounts within an assigned territory to optimize patient access to therapies through education, reimbursement navigation, and support program implementation.

• Partner with providers, billing teams, and stakeholders to address access, reimbursement, and coverage challenges;
• deliver training on reimbursement processes and patient support programs;
• assist with product acquisition, prior authorizations, and claims issues;
• monitor healthcare policy changes;
• support patient assistance and co-pay programs;
• develop account-specific access plans;
• and build relationships with non-prescribing stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree;
• 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare roles;
• experience with specialty pharmacy, coding, billing, and claims;
• familiarity with buy-and-bill pathways and provider-administered therapies;
• valid driver’s license with ability to travel 60-80%.
