Remote Revenue Cycle Director

Prestige Staffing is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee billing and reimbursement operations for a third-party revenue cycle management company serving hospital, home health and hospice providers. This role will focus on optimizing collections, reducing denials, ensuring billing compliance, and managing client relationships.

Pay $70,000 - 90,000/year based on experience

Annual bonus based on company profits

Mon - Fri normal business hours

Remote work with equipment provided by company

• Oversee claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials, appeals, and collections.
• Manage billing processes for Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payers.
• Monitor AR aging, reimbursement trends, denial rates, and other performance metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve collections, reduce denials, and increase cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and HIPAA.
• Lead and support revenue cycle staff, improve workflows, and monitor team performance.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing issues, financial performance, and improvement opportunities.

• 3–5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or medical billing experience with in a hospital environment or a vendor for hospital
• Home health and/or hospice billing experience helpful
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care claims processing, denials, and reimbursement.
• 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in billing systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
