# Billing & Insurance Coordinator Atlanta, GA   full time## About This Role Emory TMS Center in Atlanta is hiring a Billing & Insurance Coordinator to manage the revenue cycle for our high-volume TMS practice. TMS billing is complex — it involves CPT codes 90867, 90868, 90869, prior authorizations, and frequent appeals. We need someone who knows this world.

You'll be the point person for insurance verification, authorization, claims submission, and appeals. You'll work directly with our billing company and be the internal expert on TMS reimbursement.## Requirements- 2+ years of medical billing experience (behavioral health preferred)
- Experience with TMS CPT codes and insurance authorizations
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial payers
- Knowledge of appeal processes and payer negotiations
- Certification (CPC, RHIT, etc.) a plus but not required## Responsibilities
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage for new TMS patients
- Submit and track prior authorization requests
- Submit claims and follow up on denials
- Manage appeals for TMS authorizations and claims denials
- Work with patients on payment plans and financial assistance
- Train front desk on insurance verification processes## Benefits
