We handle the group credentialing infrastructure, billing systems, insurance submissions, and platform maintenance so you can focus entirely on clinical healing.

We are expanding our fully live, established group practice contracts and are seeking an ambitious, clinically sound Associate Therapist to join our 100% virtual team.

• Highly Competitive Piece-Rate Compensation: $44.00 per completed 53+ minute clinical session (90837).

  Receive 1 hour of weekly individual clinical supervision toward your independent Illinois licensure (LCPC) at no cost to you (a retail value of $100+/hour), conducted via secure video.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual outpatient psychotherapy to clients via our secure telehealth platform.
• Actively engage in networking and self-marketing to build and sustain your baseline target caseload of 10 clients per week.
• Complete and submit all progress notes, intakes, and treatment plans inside Simple Practice within 24 hours of session completion.
• Attend and actively engage in your mandatory 1-hour weekly virtual clinical supervision meetings.

• Active, unrestricted Illinois associate-level license issued by the IDFPR: LPC is required. (

• An active Type 1 NPI number and an updated CAQH profile (or willingness to update it immediately for group roster linking).
• A quiet, completely private home office workspace with a locking door to maintain absolute client confidentiality and strict HIPAA compliance.
• A reliable, password-protected computer and a high-speed internet connection capable of hosting steady video telehealth calls.
