Insight Family Therapy is looking to hire a Full-time, W2 employee for a Child and Family Psychotherapist role. This role would be mainly in our Skokie office, with potential to work one day a week in our Chicago office. All employees are allowed to work from home one day per week.
Compensation: Hourly clinical rates begin @ $55/hour for pre-licensed clinicians and increase based on experience and professional development.
Benefits include: BCBS Insurance with company contribution towards monthly premium, Vision insurance, 401K with employer match, CEU stipend and PTO.
All individuals have weekly individual supervision as well as weekly group supervision. Open to provisional licensed providers working towards full licensure.
About us: We work from a relational, attachment-focused, psychodynamic perspective. Applicants should have some knowledge or interest in working from this lens. We specialize in working with young children and their families. This role requires working closely with parents/caregivers as well as play-based therapy with children and families.
