Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Manager. Opportunity is to recruit Registered Dietitians to join our team, manage the onboarding process, and train dietitians as needed. Position is Remote work.
Position includes:- Recruit registered dietitians, screen resumes, interview and select talent who have demonstrated the required knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the organization
- Advertise job openings using various job boards, social media and specialized networks including managing the Applicant Tracking System
- Oversee the new hire onboarding processes
- Train dietitians on EMR and Clinical Skills as needed
- Manage Client Relationships and connect new hires to the client
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic Licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client Centered
- Good communication skills
