- Ability to work in a high-intensity environment with a constant flow of tasks
- Experience in tourism (tour operators, travel agencies) or industries with high request volumes (airlines, call centers, tech support, etc) is a strong plus
- Proven sales experience and target-driven mindset
- Strong communication & negation skills
- 99% of work is via chat (written communication with clients)
- Work schedule:
8 hours per day, flexible hours - Full-time, office-based position (Ubud); remote work is possible until office construction is completed
