Front Office Ambassador
Renaissance Front Office Ambassadors are welcoming our guests with a friendly, authentic approach, creating a unique and personalized guest experience. Our successful Front Office Ambassador is will tailor their approach by reading cues from a guest to ensure our guest feels at home during their entire stay.
Your day will consist of…
Welcoming the guests and taking care of check-ins and
-outs by providing personalised service towards our guests
Demonstrating knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel
Anticipating guests needs, handle guest requests and complaints
Providing housekeeping service and delivering room service
Preparing and checking financial and administrative reports
Conduct fire and safety rounds
Handle reservations on Opera

Can communicate in English (and preferably in Dutch)
Have experience with a reservation system (preferably Opera)
Have a passion for hospitality
Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts
