• Identify and research potential new luxury boutique hotels
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing hotel clients
• Assist in negotiating contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Monitor post-contract implementation to ensure compliance with agreements
• Prepare and present high-quality presentations and reports to senior management

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven work ethic with the ability to manage significant workloads
• Ability to travel when deemed essential
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel) and G-Suite (Google Slides and Sheets)

• Track record of excellence, such as early promotions or recognized achievements
• Experience or education in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in one or more languages:
  French, Italian, or Spanish
• 1-3 years of post-undergrad professional experience
