• Reliable internet connection essential for remote work
• Familiarity with the local off‑campus housing market
• Goal‑oriented and metrics‑driven individual

• Active involvement in university Facebook groups
• Quick learner able to work independently
• Previous experience in sales or customer outreach roles
• Strong interest in flexible work arrangements that offer better compensation than typical campus jobs
• Familiarity with the housing market in college towns
