The Banquet Setup is responsible for following details that are specified on the Banquet Event Orders. He/she is expected to have superior service skills in dealing with clients, guest, and co‑workers.

Banquet Setup works to create the perfect atmosphere for events and meetings. The setup team member is responsible for set‑up, maintenance, and breakdown of meeting and banquet rooms according to company standards.

• Comply and promote Lodge Works standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Lodge Works standards as required by scheduling, which varies according to hotel needs.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instructions from Banquet Manager and/or Captain.
• Participate in setting up events including moving tables, setting tables and chairs, buffet set‑up, bar set‑up, equipment for audio visual.
• Ensure all meeting and event rooms are prepared for clients/guests at requested time by the Banquet Mgr/Captain.
• Maintain open communication with the Banquet Manager/ Captain, letting them know of any changes or guests request.
