Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and any special requests during their stay.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and special accommodations for guests.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of service are met.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping, to support operations.
Requirements
  • Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software and reservation systems.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
