Responsibilities- Manage guest bookings, inquiries, and reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and any special requests during their stay.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and special accommodations for guests.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of service are met.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping, to support operations.
- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software and reservation systems.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
