Corporate Intern - F&B - Singapore - Able to start August 2026
Step into an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Restaurants & Bars operations across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll work on real projects that influence guest experience, commercial performance, and operational excellence. Your day to day- Support regional projects focused on improving restaurant and bar performance, including menu reviews and competitor insights
- Assist with the rollout of initiatives designed to enhance guest experience and drive revenue across multiple hotels
- Coordinate with teams to track project progress, gather feedback, and support implementation across locations
- Help organise and manage stakeholder meetings, communications, and follow-ups for key initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing analysis and insights that help refine processes and improve operational outcomes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
