Guest Service Supervisor
Tru by Hilton Lehi is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Guest Service Supervisor to lead front desk operations and help deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and supporting the day‑to‑day success of a busy hotel.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will assist the General Manager with operational and administrative responsibilities, support front desk team members, and ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay.
Position SummaryThe Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, maintaining exceptional guest service standards, supporting team development, and assisting with hotel administration. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership skills, and a hands‑on approach to ensuring operational excellence. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must be willing to provide front desk coverage as needed for call‑outs, staffing shortages, and business demands.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Supervise and support front desk operations to ensure outstanding guest service
- Lead by example and provide exceptional service to guests throughout their stay
- Provide front desk shift coverage as needed, including call‑outs and staffing shortages
- Maintain a flexible work schedule; weekends and holidays are required
- Create and manage front desk schedules to ensure proper staffing levels
- Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and supporting front desk team members
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Compile and submit month‑end reports to the home office
- Assist the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Order, stock, and maintain market inventory in accordance with brand standards
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and hotel documentation
- Support overall hotel operations and contribute to a positive team culture
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong computer proficiency and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
