Our client is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven and AI-curious leader to take full ownership of our growing luxury hospitality portfolio.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence (Luxury Standard)
- Oversee day-to-day operations across UK, South Africa and France
- Ensure five-star service standards remain uncompromised
- Implement scalable systems and SOPs across properties
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service culture
AI-First Operations & Systems (Future-Focused)
- Implement AI tools to streamline operations, guest communication and internal workflows
- Use automation to improve efficiency across housekeeping, bookings and reporting
- Leverage AI-driven analytics to inform pricing and occupancy strategy
- Explore predictive guest insights to personalise experiences
- Continuously evaluate emerging hospitality technologies
- Build a tech-enabled operational backbone that enhances service quality
- This person should be excited by questions like:
- How can AI anticipate guest preferences?
- How can automation free up staff to focus on high-touch service?
- How do we use data to outperform competitors?
Brand, Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute a clear commercial growth strategy
- Use AI-driven marketing tools to optimise targeting and performance
- Build strategic partnerships with luxury travel advisors, concierge networks, event planners and premium brands
- Identify collaboration opportunities across markets
- Analyse competitor and booking data to refine positioning
- Drive occupancy and revenue through intelligent campaign design
Commercial & Revenue Performance
- Own occupancy, ADR and yield performance
- Implement AI-assisted pricing and revenue management tools
- Develop experiential packages to increase yield
- Identify new revenue streams and strategic expansion opportunities
Guest Experience Leadership
- Design signature, differentiated guest journeys
- Blend high-touch hospitality with intelligent digital touchpoints
- Monitor guest feedback and sentiment analytics
- Turn exceptional experiences into repeat bookings and referrals
Required Skills
- Holds a Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field
- Has 3–7 years’ experience in a five-star or luxury environment
- Is highly tech-savvy and naturally AI-curious
- Has exposure to automation tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven platforms
- Thinks entrepreneurially about growth and scalability
- Is commercially sharp and data-literate
- Understands both guest psychology and digital optimisation
- Is comfortable experimenting with new technology
- Has strong networking and partnership-building ability
- Thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment

- Experience implementing AI tools in hospitality or tourism
- Revenue management software exposure
- Experience working across multiple countries or markets
