Handle incoming reservation requests for groups and events in a timely and professional manner

Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Check hotel availability and allocate bookings in line with revenue management strategies

Advise customers via phone and email, gather requirements, and create customized offers

Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Banqueting teams to ensure seamless service

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Proactive mindset with a strong commercial focus

Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients

Driven and ambitious with a passion for closing deals

Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and priorities

Curious, team‑oriented, and enjoy connecting with colleagues
