Guest Experience Reservationist

Zocha Group is looking for talented hospitality professionals with restaurant experience to join our Guest Relations team in a remote role. You will assist guests via phone, text, and email, managing reservations for a range of top‑tier restaurants and hospitality venues.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and guest‑focused
, with a warm yet polished communication style. Prior experience in restaurant environments is required, and familiarity with platforms like Open Table, Resy, Seven Rooms, or Tock is a strong plus.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Make and modify online reservations using industry platforms (e.g., Open Table, Seven Rooms, Resy, Tock)
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, text, and online messaging
• Build and update guest CRM profiles to enhance personalization and service continuity
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on venue details, policies, and availability
• Communicate directly with venue management to coordinate guest requests and special accommodations
• Ensure accurate logging of guest interactions and follow company protocols

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in reservation systems (Open Table, Tripleseat, Seven Rooms, Resy, Tock) and communication tools (such as Slack)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first approach
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
