We are looking for an On-Call Service Staff (m/f/d) – Bottmingen BL Tasks- Work in our self-service à-la-carte restaurant.
- Provide support during catering events at lunch and dinner.
- Assist international guests with questions and requests.
- Completed training as service staff or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- You work in the service of our predominantly self-service à la carte restaurant.
- You will be flexibly deployed at catering events at lunchtime and in the evening.
- As a contact person for our international guests, you respond confidently to questions and concerns.
- You take on restocking and tidying tasks as well as general cleaning duties.
- Your shifts take place during the day as well as in the evening and on weekends.
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a service specialist or an equivalent qualification and bring gastronomic experience.
- You enjoy direct contact with guests and always present yourself warmly and professionally.
- Your working style is team-oriented, efficient and characterised by a high awareness of quality.
- With your positive charisma, service-oriented thinking and high social competence, you quickly gain the trust of guests.
- You have very good German and English skills – both are essential for this position.
- A spotless record is required.
