Position: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Role

As a permanent employee, you will need a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 7 months of experience in hospitality. You will oversee front desk staff, create work schedules, and assist guests with any special requirements, ensuring their stay is memorable and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other work units effectively

• Establish procedures and manage schedules

• Participate in direct guest service activities

• Prepare and submit detailed reports

• Help guests with unique needs during their stay

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• 1 to less than 7 months of experience needed

• Required to work on-site, remote work not available

• Support for youth employment encouraged

• Must be a permanent or valid temporary resident of Canada
