- Assistclientsinresearching,planning,andbookingcruises,hotels,andvacationpackages.
- Provideexpertrecommendationsbasedonclientsātravelpreferencesandbudgets.
- Collaboratewithtoptravelsupplierstosecurethebestdealsandpromotions.
- Stayupdatedonthelatestindustrytrends,travel policies,andexclusiveoffers.
- Handleclientinquiries,modifications,andcancellationsprofessionallyandefficiently.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsofbookingsandclientinteractions.
- Attendtrainingsessionsandsupplierwebinarstoenhanceknowledge.
- Mustbe
18+andlegallyauthorizedtoworkintheU.S. - Strongcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills.
- Passionfortravelandhelpingothersplanunforgettableexperiences.
- Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependently.
- Comfortableusingonlinebookingsystemsandlearningnewsoftware.
- Previousexperienceincustomerserviceorsalesisaplusbutnotrequired.
