What We’re Looking ForAt Tŷ Hotel Magor, we pride ourselves on warm Welsh hospitality – and we’re searching for someone who can bring that to life every day. You’ll be perfect for this role if you are:
- A confident leader with a natural people‑first approach
- Calm, organised, and able to thrive under pressure
- Someone with strong operational experience in the Rooms Division
- Passionate about delivering amazing service in a fast‑paced environment
- A team motivator who loves coaching and inspiring others
- Experience with Opera PMS is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll happily train you!
As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be a key ambassador for Tŷ Hotel Magor. Your mission will be to:
- Lead the Front of House team during your shift
- Deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure
- Ensure all front office standards are followed and upheld
- Support ongoing training to keep the team confident and skilled
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel right at home
