Position: Remote Camp Front Desk Clerk Needed
Cener Tech Canada Ltd. seeks a Front Desk Clerk to manage guest relations at their camp. Experience a unique work schedule of 14 on – 14 off, ensuring quality service and operations.

In this pivotal role, you will interact with guests upon arrival and departure, and oversee room assignments while maintaining a record of reservations. Reporting to the Camp Manager, effective communication and organizational skills are crucial for resolving guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes

• Manage bookings and inquiries via calls and in-person

• Coordinate with the housekeeping team for room preparation

• Enforce site policies for guest authorizations

• Document guest records and feedback efficiently

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a hospitality or remote camp setting

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Compliance with drug and alcohol policies

• Willingness to work extended rotations away from home
