Emerald Stay is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead our remote Guest Experience team. You will oversee proactive and reactive guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, , Expedia, and onboard new properties to drive guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in short-term rental management or hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and can motivate a remote team. This is a contract, remote position paying $2,400–$2,800 monthly.
