Position: Luxury Lodge Operations Manager – Remote Bush Setting
Location: Hoedspruit

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment
A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems.
Valid driver's licence.
Rooms Division Experience
Practical with some experience in maintenance
Professional presentation and a positive, can‑do attitude.
A willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment.

One partner should have experience in:

Lodge Operations
Guest Relations
Front Office
Food & Beverage
Housekeeping
Staff Management
Administration and Reporting

The second partner should have experience in one or more of the following:

Safari Guiding (FGASA qualification advantageous)
Hospitality Operations
Food & Beverage
Maintenance
Guest Activities
General Lodge Management
