Guiding apprentices at all levels, helping them develop their skills and confidence in the hospitality sector. Supporting apprentices at our award‑winning Hospitality Academy, providing hands‑on training in essential techniques and customer service. Personalising learning plans to suit each apprentice's needs, ensuring they have the tools to thrive.

Demonstrating how essential skills like communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving fit into the hospitality world. Building relationships with employers and keeping them updated on their apprentices' progress. Managing administrative tasks and planning effectively using Google Suite and other systems.

A typical week will include at least 3 days of travel within your area to visit apprentices, with the rest of your time spent working from home.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check, as we are dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities
  • Guiding apprentices at all levels.
  • Supporting apprentices at our award‑winning Hospitality Academy.
  • Personalising learning plans to suit each apprentice's needs.
  • Demonstrating communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving within hospitality.
  • Building relationships with employers and updating them on apprentices' progress.
  • Managing administrative tasks and planning using Google Suite and other systems.
  • Visiting apprentices at least 3 days per week within the local area.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level.
  • Experience managing F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, or Kitchen.
  • Professional qualification in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
  • Confidence with technology and strong organisational skills.
  • Level 2 (GCSE) in English and Maths, or willingness to achieve.
  • Full driving licence and own vehicle for local travel.
