Hotel General Manager

We are looking for the next great leader to our property! We have a wonderful, boutique, Oceanside property in Northern Massachusetts that is focused on providing amazing experiences for our guests. While our property is seasonal, the position is Year‑round, and the GM of this property will work with other properties in our portfolio to assist in operations during the down‑season.

Onsite housing is provided as part of compensation.

• 3+ years as a GM, Director of Operations, or Front Office Manager for a boutique hotel
• 5 years of steady career progression with one or two companies - tenures are important!
• Positive and personable, truly hospitable personality
• Task force experience is a plus
• Experience with seasonal resorts, opening and closing annually
• Experience managing J‑1 team members
• Desire and ability to work and live in Gloucester, MA

• Ensure the highest quality of guest experiences
• Lead the team by example, be active on the floor and in operations
• Work in a task force capacity during the down season at other properties in the company portfolio
• Work with J‑1s and college students on the basics of hotel management and operational roles
• Maximize ADR and yield during peak season
• Deliver financial results to the home office
