Sodexo is recruiting a Chef Manager for Sellaness Lodge in the Shetland Islands. You will lead the catering operation for up to 425 residents, delivering high-quality meals, managing a team, budgets and food safety standards on a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation.
This role offers free accommodation, meals and travel, plus on-site gym access and a strong work-life balance within a unique remote site. Previous Chef Manager experience is essential.
