As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations including budgeting and policy enforcement. With 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, your role will involve addressing guest concerns and ensuring high-quality service. This position does not offer remote work; candidates must complete their duties on-site for optimal guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop daily operational policies and procedures

• Prepare, monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses

• Enforce hotel policies to maintain standards

• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Assist clients and guests with special needs

• Establish work schedules for staff members

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of hotel management experience required
