Housekeeper – Remote Lodge
Aramark Remote Workplace Services is hiring Housekeepers to work at a remote lodge near WAWA, ON. The role involves maintaining the overall cleanliness of our facilities, cleaning up to 25+ rooms per day, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co‑workers.

Keep all assigned ancillary and department areas and corridors clean, neat, and sanitary, following safety and preventive maintenance procedures.

Inspect and apply appropriate cleaning techniques as outlined in orientation guidelines.

Use housekeeping equipment and solutions efficiently and safely under supervision.

Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment as needed.

Apply universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio‑hazardous materials.

Keep cleaning cart stocked, ensure chemicals are accurately labeled, and keep equipment in good working condition.

Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.

Demonstrate commitment to professional growth by adhering to training commitments.

Qualifications

Past cleaning experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with clients, senior management, and support staff.

Adaptability to changing demands.

Physical Demands
This role may require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Uniforms may be required.

Benefits
Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided from Thunder Bay, ON/White River, ON, and a travel allowance is available for some areas further away. Rotation schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
