PT Ocean Mantra Village, a wellness eco retreat based in Bima (NTB), is seeking a hands-on Reservation Admin Officer to manage day-to-day reservations, guest communication, and administrative operations remotely.
You will use Cloudbeds and OTA platforms, maintain calendars and guest data, and coordinate with management and guest relations teams to ensure accurate, timely information for international guests.
