Bright Placements is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager Couple to support the Lodge Manager in daily operations of a luxury lodge in a remote bush environment. You will ensure guests have exceptional stays, while maintaining top standards across departments.
The role requires leadership of lodge staff, oversight of Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and F&B, plus involvement in administration, reporting and planning. A passion for service and poise under pressure is essential.
