Trek Travel in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to be the connective thread across every guest’s journey—from inquiry to trip of a lifetime and beyond. This full-time exempt role reports to Sales and Guest Services and collaborates with Sales and Guest Services teams.
You’ll handle post-trip correspondence, support online bookings, and help ensure every guest interaction reflects our care. Weekend email support is required March–October.
