Help Believe in Me create a warm, inclusive, and well-organized guest experience for Legacy Lounge donor-education events.

The volunteer Guest Experience & Hospitality Coordinator supports approved virtual and optional Seattle-based gatherings, helping attendees feel welcomed and informed while protecting privacy and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest journeys, welcome messages, host notes, accessibility checks, FAQs, and hospitality plans
  • Coordinate virtual waiting rooms, introductions, navigation, breaks, questions, and event transitions
  • Support approved local hospitality planning without making purchases or vendor commitments independently
  • Provide neutral directions to educational resources and appropriate contacts
  • Respect name, contact, attendance, accessibility, dietary, and donor-preference information
  • Avoid asking about wealth, estate details, gift intentions, or personal circumstances
  • Never provide individualized legal, tax, investment, or estate-planning advice
  • Document feedback and recommend guest-experience improvements
  • Escalate privacy, conduct, accessibility, safety, or professional-boundary concerns
Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, events, donor relations, customer service, community engagement, or nonprofit programs
  • Warm, discreet, inclusive, organized, and professional communication
  • Comfort with virtual event platforms and remote coordination
  • At least 21 years old and willing to complete screening
  • Ability to follow confidentiality and planned-giving boundaries

This is a remote, project-based role available within the United States. Expect approximately 2–5 hours per event.
