Cluster MICE Sales Manager | Luxury London Hotels

Location: London

Are you an experienced Hotel Sales Manager with a proven track record in the MICE sector? Do you have strong relationships within meetings and events market and enjoy developing new business at a strategic level?

We're partnering with a leading international luxury hotel group to recruit an exceptional North American MICE Sales Manager to drive business across a portfolio of prestigious London hotels.

This is a high-profile, business-critical role focused on developing and managing key agency and corporate relationships across the US and Canada, working closely with hotel leadership teams to deliver ambitious revenue targets.

What's on Offer

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience
Performance Bonus: Up to 15% annual bonus

Mandatory Requirements

Currently be working as a Hotel Sales Manager (or above) within the hotel industry.
Have experience selling MICE business for hotels.
