Whether planning and executing exceptional high end luxury hospitality experiences, custom brand activations or large-scale fan events, the team provides innovative productions, best-in-class consumer engagement, and world class fan experiences. Solomon Group Live Events team is responsible for all aspects of luxury hospitality experiences and live events, including concepting and ideation, design, vendor selection, budgeting, production and operations, activation and on-site execution.

The group also works closely with clients, sponsors and activation agencies to ensure seamless partner integration into the events. In the past year, the team has produced events, fan experiences, activations and luxury hospitality experiences at NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four, Super Bowl, World Cup, NFL Draft, College Football Playoff, NHL Winter Classic, MLB All Star, and Essence Festival.

The Senior Producer, luxury hospitality experiences is responsible for the conception, planning, production, and execution of world-class hospitality experiences for premium brands, sports properties, cultural institutions, luxury hospitality operators, and private clients.

The role leads projects from initial concept through final closeout, overseeing every aspect of the guest experience including creative development, production, culinary and beverage programming, entertainment, VIP operations, budgets, vendor management, and on-site execution. The Senior Producer serves as the primary client lead throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring every experience reflects the highest standards of hospitality, service, creativity, and operational excellence.

This role will regularly collaborate with internal business units, hospitality partners, chefs, mixologists, talent agencies, luxury hotels, venues, sponsors, and external vendors to deliver exceptional invitation-only experiences, executive hospitality programs, premium lounges, private dinners, hospitality environments, and other bespoke luxury experiences.

Candidates for this position should be self-motivated, detailed-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to multitask and ask questions when needed. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to build client-facing decks, present at meetings, and lead calls. Applicants should be comfortable being on video for virtual meetings, respond promptly to correspondence, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders on assigned projects.

• Serve as the primary client contact for all production and hospitality matters throughout project planning and execution.
• Lead projects from concept development through execution, reconciliation, and post-event closeout.
• Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, staffing plans, and production schedules.
• Lead recurring client meetings, internal status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into memorable hospitality experiences.
• Maintain complete ownership of project quality, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

• Develop premium hospitality concepts that seamlessly integrate culinary, beverage, entertainment, design, service, and storytelling.
• Design guest journeys from invitation through arrival, experience, and departure.
• Create distinctive VIP environments including executive lounges, hospitality suites, private clubs, chef's tables, tasting experiences, luxury receptions, and invitation-only events.
